Let’s Go Ghouls—Ghouls Night Out

Scarefest Scream Park Announces Exclusive "Ghouls Night Out" Event September 18th & 19th

Metro Detroit’s Premier Halloween Festival Kicks Off 20th Anniversary Celebrations with the Ultimate Fall-Themed Night Out on September 18 & 19

LENOX TOWNSHIP, MI – Scarefest Scream Park, celebrating a landmark 20 years of fears as Metro Detroit’s premier Halloween destination, is rolling out the red carpet for all the ghoulies with the return of their Ghouls Night Out event. On Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the park will transform for Ghouls Night Out—a uniquely spooky twist on the classic "girls night out" packed with fall festivities, creative activities, and high-energy entertainment.

Designed specifically for those looking to jumpstart the autumn season before the park's traditional October haunts begin, Ghouls Night Out offers a curated festival atmosphere inside Scarefest’s massive 50-acre park. Attendees can trade standard scares for a night of social, spirited fun with friends.

Ghouls Night Out Event Highlights Include:

  • "Sip & Shop" Artisan Vendor Show: Browse a curated market of local artisan vendors while enjoying exclusive wine tastings.

  • Mixology & Wine Tasting Fun: Watch live mixology demonstrations to pick up some seasonal cocktail-making tricks. Enjoy wine tastings from local wine vendors.

  • "Take & Make" Crafts & "Girl Dinner": Get creative with hands-on fall crafting stations and enjoy specialty themed snacks. VIP guests enjoy unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks!

  • High-Energy Fitness: Participate in upbeat Zumba sessions right under the autumn sky.

  • The Scarefest Midway Experience: Relax by roaring bonfires while roasting your complimentary s’more kit, explore the heated bar tent serving canned beer and cocktails, and enjoy the lively festival atmosphere with music and entertainment.

"As we celebrate our 20th anniversary season, we wanted to kick off the festivities by giving our guests an entirely new way to experience the park," said Lauren Marino, Operations Manager at Scarefest Scream Park. "Ghouls Night Out is back for its second year, and we couldn’t be more excited. It was such a hit that we’ve expanded it to a two-day event this year and added additional ticket types based on guest feedback. Whether you're here for the local shopping, the wine tastings, the crafts, or just a night out under the stars with friends, it’s the perfect blend of spooky and social before our heavy haunt season officially begins."

For attendees looking for a thrill, the park's central Midway will be alive with entertainment, though the weekend focuses primarily on a celebratory, upscale festival environment.

Tickets are limited for this exclusive event. For more details on ticketing, scheduling, or to purchase admission, visit www.scarefestscreampark.com/ghouls-night-out .
